DELIVERY INFORMATION

We use established national carriers and dispatch items using a 48 hour service, however, in the majority of cases they are delivered on the next working day in the UK. In any event please allow up to five working days.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please make all necessary arrangements to take delivery. You should check the delivery immediately. If there is a discrepancy or an item is damaged you must let us know within 24 hours.

RETURNS

FAULTY, INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

If you have received the incorrect item or you received the item damaged please inform us within 24 hours of receipt using e-mail: toolcave@gmail.com / contact form  below and we will arrange collection for a swap or refund within 14 days of receipt.

If in the event no fault or damage is found we reserve the right to charge for the collection and re-delivery of the item or recover the costs from your refund. We advise all goods are checked before use, once the goods have been used any issues identified within the warranty period will be handled through the manufacturing brands warranty procedure found on our warranty page.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

If your tool develops a fault within its first year after purchase, you must go directly to the supplier using the link below. Similarly If your tool develops a fault during its extended warranty period providing you have previously registered it for extended warranty through the manufacturer, you must go through the manufacturer’s warranty procedure using the link below.
